The People and Culture Coordinator is an integral part of the HR Department. From the recruitment and selection process to orientation, training, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations, People and Culture is there for all employees. The People and Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering the Valorem Reply Office. This position assists with general employee inquiries, handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties. The People and Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality. This highly visible role also provides support to the Valorem Reply HR team. Coordinates and provides administrative support to, Human Resources programs and processes related to front office reception, benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS, related record keeping/report generation, filing, and other assignments as needed under the immediate direction of the HR Manager.
