Solutions Consultant III, Security & Identity

Kansas City/Seattle/St. Louis/Chicago Digital Workplace - Digital Workplace Full Time

As a Security & Identity Consultant, you will be a key resource in helping our customers implement and adopt Microsoft information security and identity tools. You will own the technical information security and identity solutions for your assigned customer engagements, working closely with the client’s IT to assess, design, build and configure those solutions.

In addition to the responsibilities listed out below, you will provide sales support during engagement qualification and scoping, deliver training and demos to clients, and provide information sharing and support to peers. Key technical skills and qualifications include a demonstrated strong understanding of the following Microsoft technologies:

·        Self-Service Password Reset
·        Azure Active Directory Identity Protection
·        Azure Active Directory Connect
·        Defender for Office 365, Endpoint, and Identity

·        Networking fundamentals, including VPN, security, and WAN concepts 

Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver enterprise-class solutions leveraging the Microsoft platform within Valorem Reply's enterprise accounts.
  • Lead project execution by working directly with our clients to plan and implement security and identity centric solutions
  • Assessing client's ability to move, deploying the appropriate infrastructure, performance testing and documenting operational changes
  • Lead our client’s organizational transformation through coaching and training.
  • Help clients explore how to take advantage of Microsoft's complete Security & Identity stack including Azure Active Directory, Intune, Azure RMS and Advanced Threat Analytics
  • Facilitate technical discussions for technical solutions
  • Demonstrate product functionality, aligned to customer need
  • Apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the design of systems to support customer needs
  • Lead hands on workshops with our clients
  • Conduct implementation pilots and help customers envision complete solution.
  • Lead testing activities to ensure appropriate function of deployed services
  • Produce and manage client-facing documentation

  • Ability to follow established process, deal well with ambiguity, be a fast learner, and have a high level of personal ambition and initiative
  • Strong technical delivery of complex projects through a proven methodology such as MOF, Agile, ITIL, TOGAF or similar
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written combined with skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
  • Demonstrated track record in troubleshooting complex product issues and executing test plans related to integration of these technologies
