• Expedite hiring needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs.
• Serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized positions.
• Be a trusted partner to business leaders, team-mates, and the broader People team, while working to find great talent for Valorem Reply.
• Interface with internet sourcing tools and ATS.

Responsibilities

  • Review the job description; understand the requirements and accordingly execute search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
  • Develop a strong understanding of different tech stack and a familiarity with the needs of all technical teams.
  • Source and locate qualified candidates, building a talent pipeline for current and potential future needs.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Pre-screen candidates and facilitate de-brief sessions.
  • Identify interviewers, schedule interviews, follow-up on evaluations, and administer all information in Lever ATS to ensure process consistency.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies.
  • Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, post offer and follow up till the candidate joins.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using job sites, professional & social media networks.
  • Ability to identify and engage top talent and differentiate talent levels.
  • Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature and take ownership of candidate experience
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or specialized in Human Resources.
  • 5-7 years end to end recruiting experience in a high-end technology, IT Consulting, Professional Services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with any of the Applicant Tracking Systems – Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, workday etc.
  • Good exposure working on IT requirements and understanding of technologies is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
