The Manager, Resourcing will work with the Sr. Consultant, Resourcing and Sr. Manager, Operations, along with other members of leadership to understand company growth plans and strategic vision. They will focus on managing enterprise level resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges. Manage enterprise resource schedule (new work assignments, resource movement, assist with utilization monitoring) manage and update tools and create reports for resource discussion with manager’s. There will be a heavy focus on governing adherence to process and negotiating with managers when there is misalignment on resource decisions.
