In 2024, a UK tennis club introduced a new Tournament Management System (TMS) for its championships in June. Valorem Reply UK was invited to work in partnership with them to support development of an Azure based Integration Solution to enable a new Tournament Management System to interface with their existing applications.
We undertook a full review of the organization’s proposed Azure Architecture and offered a number of recommendations. We were then invited to deliver a Discovery and Design phase working closely with the client’s architect.
Following this, we were invited to work collaboratively with the client to deliver the prosed architecture and solution.
We were proud the customer trusted us to help them deliver a successful adoption of the new Tournament Management System particularly considering the pressures caused by the immoveable nature of the championship this would support. We worked closely with the customer team to deliver a very successful outcome." - Andy James, Partner, Valorem Reply UK

SOLUTIONS
Initially Valorem Reply UK worked alongside the architect and development team to review their proposed architecture and identify opportunities for maturity and gaps in Azure expertise. Through collaborative working a revised architecture was proposed, and good working relationships established.
An indicative plan was proposed which aligned with the aggressive timescales. A joint development team including customer resource worked together using an Agile approach to deliver the integration solution.
RESULTS
- The full integration program was completed on time including a full test cycle.
- The solution performed without error or fault for the whole championship.
- This success meant a seamless move to the new Tournament Management System
