Renju : Hello everyone! My name is Renju Kadavath. I'm a client partner within Valorem Reply. I'm headquartered here in Kansas City as a client partner my role is to strategize and collaborate with business leaders to better understand their business needs and then translate those to solutions and possible statement of work and proposal. As it relates to my job, I cover US and Canada across banking, insurance, and capital markets.
Over the past 12 months, we are seeing significant amount of appetite and demand as it relates to three pillars within bank, within banking, insurance, and capital markets. One of the very first is how do you modernize your core systems. When we talk about modernization of the core system, we are talking about modernizing payments and core asset leads to banking, underwriting and claims for insurance as well as investor report summarization for Capital markets with a tangible outcome for driving Innovation via advanced digital solutions. How do we accomplish this? At Valorem Reply, we have developed accelerators and playbooks to help the customer through this journey in terms of investing technology on data security and unifying the intelligent data and analytics platform.
The other trend we are seeing a lot of demand for the all the past 12 months, is how do you manage the risk and compliance across banking, insurance and capital market and we are specifically talking about augmented real time analysis and investigation with a customer outcome for reduced fraud losses. As a certified Microsoft premium partner on the fabric space, we do extensive work in bringing third party data, historical data, transactional data from all different external source system to Microsoft Fabric and then building the intelligent data analytics platform with the core emphasis on threat protection and data security strategies.
The third and not the least pillar what we are seeing is employee. How do you empower your employee productivity. Whether it's a banker or it's an agent or a teller across bank, insurance, the whole objective is to improve collaboration by reducing cost and improving client experience. Now, how do we do this is, by of course, by modernizing your existing legacy services and investing in AI enabled services such as copilot which we are a premium partner.
