Renju: Hello everyone, my name is Renju Kadavath. I'm a Client Partner with Valorem Reply. I'm based out of Kansas City, and I manage all the client roles within the Healthcare domain within US and Canada. In my current role, I collaborate and strategize with business leaders and technical leaders to better understand the business ask and then translate those to solutions. 

Over the course of 12 months, what we have seen is rapid advancement and appetite and motivation as it relates to unlocking clinical and operational data. With the whole emphasis on AI driven operational, financial and risk compliance, predictive analytics model for proactive care team support. Now prioritize solution plays involves migrating your existing infrastructure and databases and applications to Azure instances, enabling some of the latest Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Fabric to bring in external data sources to one leg and then have analytics and reporting tools and AI tools built on top of that. 

The second pillar the second industry play what we are seeing are having lot of attention, is how do we deliver exceptional patient clinical and member experiences.  The use cases involve enablement of virtual health modernization of digital footprint with the possible outcomes which includes engaging patients and members with more secure and personalized experiences. The prioritized solution play involves adopting latest AI enabled technologies such as Copilot, moving from monolithic services to microservices and threat protection services and Innovation with Azure AI platform.

The third pillar that we are seeing a lot of traction off late, is how do you migrate and modernize the code legacy that includes clinical and admin application such as HER, whether it could be epic modernizing the imaging applications, modernizing the core admin and claims management tools with the whole objective is to enable innovation and accelerate clinical access with improved outcomes as it relates to AI powered solutions. The prioritized solution plays of course, it involves some of the AI enabled technologies, cloud scale analytics, cloud and point and low code technologies.
