Patrick - Hello, my name is Patrick Witpro. I’m a Senior Consultant at Valorem Reply, and my 2025 Valorem Vision is on the importance of AI education in your workforce.

In 2024, a lot of people got their first introduction to artificial intelligence and how to use it. In January, everyone was Googling everything, using search engines and traditional means of doing work. By the end of the year, everyone was in the beginning stages of using AI Copilots and AI agents to automate a lot of their tasks. This trend is only going to increase in 2025 as more people get access and more new services come online. Organizations will start to harness the power of artificial intelligence at the top level, which will trickle down to individual people. That’s where the real work and efficiency will happen.

A big part of this transformation will be educating individuals on how to use these new tools effectively so they can truly see the gains and benefits of artificial intelligence. At Valorem Reply in general, we’ve been investing a lot of time into pushing AI forward, but also into educating everyone about it. AI has the capacity to change everything about how we work, and I think it’s going to change a lot this next year. Every industry will be affected, and every organization has the ability to utilize AI in some manner to help differentiate themselves from their competitors or gain a competitive advantage.

If you don’t start using these tools now and educating yourself on what they are, how they can be used, and how you should use them, you’re going to be left behind. You have one shot at how things are now, and in 2025, it’s probably going to change three times as new technologies, new companies, and new use cases become more commonplace. By 2026, it will all change again. Starting the education process now is crucial for keeping you up to date on what you can do with AI.

Internally, all our consultants are spending time learning about current use cases of AI. We all use AI every day in our jobs and are constantly working with our clients to facilitate their adoption of artificial intelligence software into their everyday processes. We’re looking for ways to use data they’ve collected over the years to help train large language models that can be used internally, how to implement co-pilots effectively, and preparing them to launch these tools for their people. This includes a change management process that will begin the education process with their frontline workers.
