Hello, my name is Kaitlyn Kelly and I'm a senior adoption consultant with the modern work team at Valorem Reply. My Valorem vision for 2025 is the implementation of the Copilot  agent. Copilot Agents are specialized AI assistants designed to enhance what Microsoft 365 Copilot can already do. They can be easily tailored to fulfill specific business cases or scenarios which gives them more of a targeted
purpose over M365 Copilot as a general productivity tool. Essentially by pinpointing an agent directly to a specific data source we can access the right information more efficiently. We can automate tasks and we can increase our overall productivity. So for example in HR agent that can find answers to company policy questions or procedures fosters a better self-service community addresses those questions more effectively and it enables your HR team to spend more time doing impactful work.

So the trend is really important because it's the next wave of Copilot for organizations. Users can easily create their own Copilot agents within business chat today which is both incredibly empowering but also something that should be monitored from a governance standpoint. Uplifting users to come up with their own business solutions through these low code agents can be super transformative but it's really important to set parameters and guidelines to ensure the security and safety of sensitive data or prevent content sprawl.
