Hello, I'm Alex Zakhodin, and I'm a senior consultant with Valorem Reply. And my name is Annie Lee, and I lead our adoption change management practice at Valorem Reply Modern Work. Today, we're here to talk about Copilot and Viva Better Together.

Copilot and Viva Better Together is all about bringing together two powerhouse solutions from Microsoft. Microsoft 365 Copilot is the generative AI component that has taken the world by storm, increasing productivity and efficiency across many customers and organizations we work with. And of course, Microsoft Viva is the digital employee experience platform in Microsoft Teams that focuses on key business areas such as employee communications and engagement, goal setting and leadership, workplace analytics, feedback, and growth with Viva Learning. This trend is about bringing the power of both platforms together to drive productivity and achievement even further within organizations.

The trend of Copilot and Viva Better Together is impactful for several reasons. In today’s digital world, we are constantly looking for ways to connect employees through a single platform like Microsoft Teams while also improving productivity. By leveraging artificial intelligence, we can move through manual and mundane tasks faster, helping people save time and enabling organizations to achieve their goals more quickly.

Where this trend really takes flight is in the fact that Copilot can be present in each of the Microsoft Viva applications. For example, in Viva Engage, which serves as a social business network within Microsoft 365, communicators and engagement leaders can share key news and announcements while fostering grassroots engagement. With Copilot in Viva Engage, AI assists in crafting communications, sourcing ideas for polls or campaigns, and interacting more efficiently with shared content. This helps maintain high employee engagement while making communication efforts quicker and more effective.
