With a substantial volume of multimedia content – including over 800 videos, 3,000 web pages, and 1,500 PDFs – the organization needed a way to organize and deliver relevant educational materials. Valorem Reply collaborated with organization leaders to transition their AI application from a POC to a robust, production-ready AI learning agent. By leveraging Azure AI Services, we integrated YouTube videos, web pages, and other educational resources into the learning agent’s knowledge base. The AI learning agent was customized to accommodate bilingual queries, handle sensitive topics according to the organization's guidelines, and was integrated into their content management system to ensure a cohesive brand experience. It was crucial for this nonprofit that the learning agent be both engaging and aligned with their world famous brand identity, so Valorem Reply's UX and intelligent app specialists implemented features like displaying specific media characters based on the topics or sentiment of the query, enhancing emotional connection and reinforcing educational messaging.
