One of the leading organizations for heritage conservation in England and Wales chose Valorem Reply UK to partner with them and deliver a new integration platform. Delivery of the integration platform was a key part of a multi-year digital transformation program which included a new CRM solution; this was a complex program involving several delivery partners.
With the customer already having selected Microsoft Azure as their platform of choice, Valorem Reply UK proposed their QuickConnect accelerator to deliver a modern integration platform that would meet their requirements.
Alongside other delivery partners, Valorem Reply UK developed a multi-phase delivery schedule for transforming membership and fundraising for the customer. The integration platform was key to its success enabling the new CRM system to interact seamlessly with other inhouse and external systems.

SOLUTIONS
Valorem Reply UK used the QuickConnect accelerator to build a flexible integration platform, built upon established and proven integration principles. The solution required a large number of integrations; a mixture of APIs and Azure Data Factory pipelines. Working in partnership with the customer, the solution was delivered by a joint team, allowing knowledge and experience of Azure and the delivered solution to be built up within their organization.
An Agile delivery methodology was adopted across the program which supported flexibility as the solution evolved. Good working relationships were developed between all parties and there was effective collaboration throughout.
As well as delivering the integrations required by their transformation program, once in place the integration platform became an enabler for other enhancement projects within the organization, such as replacement of the legacy point of sales solution.
